About Unisensor
Unisensor researches, develops and manufactures diagnostic
tools for detecting the contamination present in our environment
and our food products.

Context
Better control of our environment would inevitably lead
to an increase in the quality of our diet and consequently to the
quality
of our
health.
The general principle that we are defending and which enables us
to ensure the effective control of potential contamination is founded
on a dual action. Firstly a screening action, performed at the
place where suspicion was first raised and secondly a confirmatory action, performed in a specialised laboratory.
On-site monitoring by rapid methods enables us to react immediately
to the problems related to contamination. This surveillance reduces
the intervention time before which the necessary safety measures
are put in place. This limits the risks of spreading the contamination
in the subsequent operations of manufacturing or processing.
At Unisensor, our main activity
consists of designing tools that are very simple to use, and thus
are accessible to everybody, enabling
people to carry out an initial screening procedure to detect potential
contamination on the ground.
Our products are usually presented in the form of an "Analysis
Probe", which the operator places in contact with the solution
to be analysed. After several minutes during which a reaction takes
place, coloured signals appear indicating the presence - or the
absence - of the contamination being sought.
These tools are widely available and usable and no particular operating
skills are required.
